A somatic coach, space-holder, and mother.
I guide women in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, and releasing the pressure to do it all alone.

Years ago, I was stuck in overwhelm — overgiving, performing, and disconnecting from my own needs.
Through somatics, I found my way back to presence.

Today I guide people in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, and gently releasing survival patterns like fawning, overgiving, and shutdown.

As someone who is also neurodivergent, I bring deep attunement, care, and flexibility to my work. I understand how different brains and bodies move through the world — and I create spaces that honor that difference.
