What This Program Is

A 3-month online somatic coaching cohort designed to help you soften, reconnect, and restore your nervous system — within a small, supportive community.

You’ll learn to recognize your stress responses, move from survival to presence, and rebuild your relationship with rest and regulation.

This is not another self-improvement course.
It’s a space for integration — for your body to catch up with what your mind already knows.

Month 1 – Regulation
Learn how your nervous system works. Build safety through simple grounding tools and breath-based awareness.

Month 2 – Co-Regulation & Connection
Practice embodied presence in relationship. Relearn how to soften into support, ask for help, and experience connection without losing yourself.

Month 3 – Integration & Embodiment
Weave your learnings into everyday life — work, parenting, creativity, relationships — so your body remembers calm even when things get busy.
