Embodiment says that everything around us influences our state of being. As ever-changing beings, the more we tap into our bodies, the more we find answers. My work primarily focuses on patterns, internal beliefs, and ancient wounds, which may be inherited or due to an excessive load (stress responses).

Somatic Therapy
