About Anastacia
Hi, I am Anastacia
Diving deep into embodiment/ somatics and Yoga therapy (gentle practices of Yoga and mindful Movement) —taught me how to feel my way through chronic pain, and embracing nervous system dysregulation and past trauma.
Before, I’d fight my body. Ignore the flare-ups. Power through the panic. But now I see those signals differently: they’re messages, not enemies. They’re reminders that my nervous system is just doing its best to keep me safe, even if it means some days I’m dealing with muscle tension, that all-too-familiar tightness in my chest, or the buzzing restlessness in my limbs.
Somatics has taught me how to listen. To sit with discomfort without needing to change it. To move gently and with intention, letting my body feel whatever it needs to feel without shame. Some days that means slow stretching, other days it’s a walk, and sometimes it’s just deep breaths in a quiet corner.
I am the creator of RESET, a signature Somatic Body and Mind Coaching Program, designed to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and thrive in their personal and professional lives. My approach integrates certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Creativity, and Embodied Public Speaking, empowering clients to unlock their full potential with compassion and confidence.
Healing isn’t linear—some days it’s two steps forward, one step back. But each time I let myself pause, each time I embrace those messy waves of sensation instead of pushing them away, I feel a little more whole. I’m learning that thriving doesn’t mean no pain, but that I can live fully, even alongside it.

Just after I had my baby, all my back was blocked, I had zero core strength and I overall, my body was just in pain. With the expertise of Anastasia in yoga and also postpartum recovery, with 5 sessions she got me back to feeling not the same,but much better than I was before. I gained strength, flexibility and movement in a matter of few weeks. However, these are just the basics Anastasia delivered. Most important, she introduced me to yoga, since I had never actually practiced it.And as opposed to what other activities, such as pilates, gym, swimming, etc., didn’t achieve with me, Anastasia made me become like one of those people that are addicted to yoga and practice it consistently. Why? I enjoyed it. I couldn’t wait tothe next session with her, and that’s because her approach is extremely personalised to your needs, your taste, and to my surprise, what I can only call as free. She allowed, and I’d say ask, for my own experimentation and learning of my body. To listen to it and learn from it, while always following the routines Anastasia had accurately prepared for me. I couldn’trecommend her enough, for anybody who just wants to get started, or has specific conditions or just wants to evolve on their current level, rest assured you will grow in both body and mind.

Aulas muito bem estruturadas, com bastante dinâmica, e exercícios variados para grávidas. Gostei especialmente do cuidado da Anastacia com as alunas e com o bebé, é muito confortante. Nunca tinha feito yoga, e adorei a experiência.
